The building is currently cordoned off by the police.

Vice Mayor of Masis Norayr Hakobyan, in an interview with Sputnik Armenia, said that the man entered the building in a state of intoxication.
According to Hraparak newspaper, the assailant is a 40-year-old man named Eduard Margaryan, who was a former member of the Masis Council of Elders.
