According to him, the employees of the military registration and enlistment offices in the occupied territories “respect extreme measures” to fill the Russian army.
“In the same Luhansk, the men did not go out for a long time without an unnecessary need. Many left the city and hide in the countryside. Recently, the invaders began to exchange information about the men for food in old women near the entrance. . Now they have made a complete mess – they are waiting even near the kindergarten. A few days ago, a young father was detained for further mobilization,” the governor insisted.
Earlier, Gaidai said that the “LPR” militia does not want to “liberate” the Donetsk region.
