The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the Russian ammunition depot. This was announced on Thursday, August 18, by the Operational Command South.
“Our aviation continued to practice attacking fortresses and places of concentration of enemy forces, weapons and equipment. Such losses were inflicted in the area of Novovoznesensky and Aleksandrovka,” the military said Ukrainian.
They added that the Russian military suffered other losses.
“The enemy lost 29 units of personnel, one 203-caliber Pion self-propelled gun, five units of armored and motor vehicles. The last losses of the enemy are being assessed,” the message said.
The aircraft of the invaders delivered three strikes on the Ukrainian positions on the collision line – they did not succeed.
“The enemy used two anti-radar missiles to destroy the Ukrainian air defense system. The result is unfortunate,” OK Yug said.
Recall that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia does not want to end this war, and therefore all negotiations with this state are futile.
