The Verkhovna Rada supported changes in the preventive measure procedure for spotters of enemy fire.
Now such persons will no longer be released on bail. This was announced today, on August 16, in his Telegram channel by People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
Now it is impossible to go to court on bail,” Zheleznyak notes.
According to the people’s deputy, the corresponding amendment was in the draft law No. 7431, which was adopted in general by the votes of 282 people’s deputies.
On August 10, the corresponding amendments to the legislation were unanimously supported by the parliamentary committee on law enforcement.
Earlier, there were several high-profile cases when the courts released on bail from the pre-trial detention center persons suspected of adjusting enemy fire and collaborationism.
Recall that the Ministry of Internal Affairs recently told how much spotters receive from the enemy for their services.
