Kuleba explained why negotiations with Russia would continue after Bucha and Kramatorsk

Ukraine is confident of its success and does not consider how long it will take, the foreign minister said.

Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said he was ready to negotiate with the Russians if it would help prevent at least one such bloodshed as in Bucha or Kramatorsk.

“It is very hard to imagine sitting at the negotiating table with those who commit or justify all the atrocities and war crimes that have caused so much damage to Ukraine. But if negotiations with the Russians will help me avoid even one like bloodshed as in Bucha or Kramatorsk, I must take this opportunity.Whatever I feel, if I have a chance to save human life, a village, a city from destruction, I will take this opportunity, “Kuleba said on the NBCnews program on Sunday, April 10.

Kuleba also said that Ukraine is confident of its success and does not consider how long it will take.

“Whatever Russia plans to do, we have our own strategy based on the belief that we will win this war and liberate our territories. Time is of the essence, but we do not calculate how long it will take,” he said.

Remember that peace with Russia can be in terms of the Ukrainian side, said President Volodymyr Zelensky.

He stressed that every Ukrainian family has lost something, and they are unlikely to be satisfied with the world in any terms.

“But we must understand that any war must end in peace … Even where there are millions of victims, everyone comes in peace,” Zelensky said.
