SBU announces the exhibition of one of the departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, which in 2022 sold several Russian Ukrainian passports for leaving for the EU.

The equipment worked in the first months of a complete invasion of the Russian Federation, when a person participating in the second secretary for consular issues of the Embassy of Ukraine in one of the European countries says in SBU.
According to the investigation:
- While in a diplomatic institution, the official received “orders” from Russian citizens who wanted to enter the EU without a break and move freely in it;
- For his monetary reward, he issued Ukrainian citizenship to his clients with the presentation of a foreign passport of Ukraine;
- To find “customers”, the official used a network of intermediaries who were in the European Union and contacted the citizens of the country of aggressor.
Currently, information about the possible participation of “legalized” Russians in reconnaissance and subversive activities of special services of the Russian Federation is checked.
During the searches, a man captured a mobile phone with evidence of illegal activity.
Currently, the official was informed of suspicion in the framework of the second part of art. 332 of the Criminal Code (illegal transfer of persons along the entire state border of Ukraine, committed by an official using a position).
The attacker threatens up to seven years in prison. The question of choosing his restraint is solved.
