According to the chairman of the OVA, Andriy Rachikovich, in the Kirovokhrad region several residential buildings were damaged as a result of shelling, and three settlements were partially disconnected from electricity.
Winnitius was also under blows. According to the First Deputy Head of Winnitsia, Ova Natalie Zabolotnieya, critical infrastructure facilities were damaged from the enemy attack, so the trains also stopped. Individual consumers were deactivated.
We will recall that on September 17, the Russian army made a comprehensive attack on the decoration of the “Clanses”. Then the delays in passenger trains were registered with the directions of Odessa and Dniprovsky. Some flights were sent to changed routes, and several trains stopped dispatchers at a safe distance from the defeat zone.
