European Commission president Ursula Von Der Layen will not exclude the possibility of knocking Russian aircraft to fly to the airspace of European states for the purpose of provocations. This is stated in an interview with the European official on the American Television Channel CNN.
“My opinion is that we should protect each square centimeter of our territory. And that means that if there is an invasion of our airspace, then – of course, after a very understanding warning, the choice with the fall of such a fighter is” on the table, “he emphasized.
