Russian invaders enhance propaganda, compulsory militarization and repressive measures in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, continuing the systematic integration of TOT into their structure.
This was announced today, September 19, by the press service of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.
In particular:
- In the temporarily occupied by Berdensky, Russian invaders almost completed the construction of a 100-meter television tower. He plans to place equipment for broadcasting three digital television multiplexes and 16 radio stations, which will be distributed only in Russian propaganda. The tower was commissioned during the first half of 2026;
- Russians strengthen the “certification” and mobilize the population of TOT. Thus, the migration service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has issued more than a million Russian passports in the occupied region of Luansk, forcing local residents with a “passport” under the threat of repression. Men with passports of the Russian Federation become automatically called;
- In the Kherson region, the invaders carry out illegal excavations with “permits” on these actions of the Russian model. Excavations – the plunder of Ukrainian values, an attempt to legalize the abduction of historical heritage and rewrite the history of their own;
- In temporarily occupied Melitopol, the invaders systematically introduce anti -Cajor propaganda among children. During graduation holidays in kindergartens, they organized “competitions” that imitate military training;
- The repressive nature of the occupation and the lack of responsibility for its actions illustrate the recent incident in the Prosecutor of Melitopoli and St. Petersburg, while in the “service” in the administration of the occupation killed a 15-year-old single girl in the family. The culprit escaped;
- In Ukraine, Russians block mobile communications, prohibit Ukrainian television, force entrepreneurs to change Ukrainian signs to the Russian language, students send “practice” to military factories, choose property from local residents, do not solve humanitarian problems, and require approval of all school events.
In addition, in the territory of the Metallurgical Plant Azovstal, in a temporarily occupied Mariupol, the invaders plan to build a new military facility for which electricity will be delivered from Zaporizhya NPP.
The Russians gradually connect a destroyed plant with an energy grid: an approved project for the reconstruction of two power lines (transmission lines) 110 kV with a branch to the Azovstal No. 7 substation. This is part of the new energy line of the invaders – from ZPP to Volnovakha and Telmanovo deep into the territory of the Russian Federation, the RSS said.
At the same time, in the destroyed racists in the city there is no large large -scale restoration of residential buildings, on the contrary, houses are massively dismantled.
For people who have lost their apartment, the occupation administration decided to give “homeless” apartments, that is, they were selected from those inhabitants who left or died during the fighting, the NPR said.
Only the promises declared by the racists remained millions of tourists for the occupied Crimea, they are emphasized in RSS:
5 400 km of roads around the Sea of Azov, significant social payments and investments in the industry remain on paper. In fact, there is a shortage of drugs and goods, corruption at all levels, russia, deportation, propaganda and decline.
SZR claims that these and other illegal actions indicate Russia’s system strategy about Russse and the militarization of the occupied lands.
These actions are a gross violation of the Geneva Conventions, which prohibit the occupation authorities to change civil infrastructure and force the population to serve in the armies of the invaders, ”SPR emphasized.
