Russian invaders dropped the wind bomb in the city of Konstantinovka and killed five civilians. This was reported by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor office on Thursday, September 18.
“Against the civilian population, the enemy used the FAB-250 with the Unto module. Residential buildings were found under the punch of the enemy army. Five citizens aged 62 to 74 were deadly injuries. Three men and two women were on the street,” the statement said.
Four apartment buildings are in the defeat zone.
In this fact, a pre -trial investigation began with criminal proceedings to the reality of a war crime (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Remember, on September 13, the Russians beat 50 minutes to Konstantinovka from the recipient and the ZPO Smerch. Then three people were killed and seven others were injured.
