The National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has placed on the desired list of a former person representative from regional party Yuri Ivanyushchenko, who is suspected of legalizing 18 hectares of state land worth more than 160 million hryvnias. This is stated in Nabu’s message on his telegram channel.
In the spring of 2021, during a corporate conflict between ex-deputy and the developer for metropolitan market control over the suburbs of the latter, the latter had the intention of recovering market properties to controlled people.
Gosgeokadastra employees changed the purpose of the land, some of which were divided into nine plots of two hectares and moved to property in predetermined people, and then sell three partnerships associated with the developer.
The parties subsequently reached an agreement and signed a document to the joint use of market land.
In September 2021, Ivanyushchenko’s equivalent person became part of the beneficiaries of the landlords of land plots.
The further disposal of the land array stopped the arrest imposed at the request of the SAP prosecutors.
