Ukraine could not ensure full security for foreign citizens in their territory due to the Russian Federation invasion.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine called on Hasidov Pilgrims, who was planning to make a trip to UMAN in Rosh Hahan in September, to consider the lack of guarantee of full security for foreign citizens in Ukraine. This was reported by the department’s press service on Wednesday, September 17.
“In the case of a visit to UMAN, despite Ukrainian authorities warning, it should be noted that Ukraine has a legal regime of Martial Law, which provides a number of additional regulations, especially restricting freedom of movement, command time, increased patrol, prohibition of masses and meetings, as well as applications established restriction, “emphasized.
In addition, there are other circumstances that should be considered when planning trips to Ukraine, mentioned in the Foreign Ministry. We are talking about:
-
overload of land transportation communication in Ukraine and possible traffic delays due to the abolition of transportation infrastructure;
-
the absence of a sufficient number of civil defense areas to cover pilgrims in areas of their stay in the mass;
-
The absence of a sufficient number of medical personnel and medical institutions in UMAN to ensure medical maintenance of the pilgrims.
The State Border Service reports that it is known about 7,000 foreigners who have already entered Ukraine with Rosh Hahan.
This year, the Jewish New Year celebration – Rosh Ha -Shan – falls on the season from the night of September 22 to the night of September 24th.
Remember, according to Ukraine’s United Jewish Community, this year about 35 thousand hasidi pilgrims in Rosh Kha-Shan 5786 are expected in UMAN.
From Monday, September 15, Uman has been forced to enter and evacuate and move the people of the people to travel to the Hasids.
