President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has taught to develop an annual message to Verkhovna Rada, who must cover the current state of activities in the country. To do this, he referred to the working group, which received the task to complete the document preparation until December 1. The corresponding order was published by the Ukraine President’s website on Wednesday, September 17.
Zelensky signed the relevant Order No. 115/2025-RP, emphasizing the need to submit to the parliament of a report on the state’s internal and external position.
The working group is chaired by Andrei Ermak, the head of the President’s office. His representative is Alexander Bogolov, director of the National Institute for Strategic Research, who will be responsible for the support and scientific support for project development.
The group includes representatives of OP Irina Vereshchuk, Igor Zhovkva, Elena Kovalskaya, Victor Nikita, Irina Mudraya, Pavel Palisa and Oleg Tatarov. Also, Igor Lysy, the head of public administration of activities, is involved in the team.
Next month, the group must promote the document structure and create a plan for its preparation. In addition, the content of materials that will be the basis for the president’s appeal will develop. The completed project should be moved for the final consignment of not later on December 1.
