Many soldiers who underwent training overseas need to turn away in accordance with the new challenges of modern war.

Ukraine no longer sends its military to study abroad, said President Vladimir Zelensky. Instead, the country began to invite representatives of other states to undergo training directly to Ukrainian territory. He said about this in an interview with Sky News on September 16, published on the President’s YouTube channel.

Zelensky noted that the war, which has continued since 2022, has radically changed the military training strategy. According to him, many soldiers who underwent training abroad had to turn away in accordance with the new challenges of the modern war.

The president emphasized that Ukraine aims to convey the unique experience of others: “We do not send our soldiers abroad, instead we invite officials and representatives from different countries to study here. They listen to us, some have come, because we must understand these new methods, thanks to the true experience of conversations.”

Zelensky added that the war in Ukraine has become new and “very technological.”

Earlier, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said the invasion of Russia’s drones in Poland was a check by the leader of Kremlin Vladimir Putin, who was capable of NATO.

In addition, Poland’s foreign minister, Radoslav Sikorsky, has made a proposal to introduce a base zone to Ukraine territory. This will allow Poland’s side to help more effectively in the destruction of Russian drones. However, the solution to this issue requires international support and coordination.
