The Russians began a wave of huge attacks on the railway infrastructure of Ukraine since July – they have been trying to destroy key nodal stations.
Alexander Porokovsky, chairman of the board of directors of JSC “UKRZALIZNYTSYA,” said this in a commentary on the decoration of the agency.
He noted that racists never stopped attacks – already in 2022 there were such terrible blows as at the Kramatorsky station. Now these blows are even more systemic.
SHAKHDA “Massacres our key stations. Examples are attacks at Lozov station, at Sinelnikovo station, at Kozyatin station. That is, almost throughout the country they fall into nodal stations, – said Perkovsky.
He added that these were complex attacks, when both energy substations and locomotive depot and passenger stations fall under the influence.
The enemy beats so that in fact the knot is destroyed, ”said Purokovsky.
Pertsovsky also emphasized the heroism of UKRZALIZNYTSIA employees, who are not afraid of repeated blows of Russians, come out and restore the infrastructure:
Even when key nodal stations are attacking, we do not cancel the train. We find the opportunity to change the schedule, but we always go. And this is marked by Ukrainians. They thank the railways for such endurance.
