The final cluster of negotiations has to do with the most sensitive topics of Ukraine negotiations in the European Union.
The Ukraine delegation and the European Commission held screening meetings in Brussels in the latest negotiation cluster. We talk about section 11 Agriculture and the development of territories in the city, the Ministry of Economy reported on Monday, September 15.
It is indicated that within a three -day job, Ukraine has shown 28 thematic blocks, especially in agricultural reforms, digitalization development, state support, market regulation and agricultural sector development.
The Ukraine Coordination Coordination Level with Acts of EU (Acquis EU) law is also shown in the following areas:
-
horizontal issues covering financial and administrative structures;
-
Agricultural markets;
-
Quality policy;
-
organic production;
-
Advance of Agricultural Products.
“These discussions have shown two main things: we have achieved significant development in approaching agrarian policy to EU standards, but there is still a lot of work ahead. The process of joining requires joint effort and close coordination. Ukraine is ready to go this way,” said Deputy Minister Denis Bashik.
As reported, in September, a screening is undergoing to join Ukraine in the EU at Cluster 5 Resources, Agriculture and a policy of solidity. Within its framework there will be screening in three negotiations. There are two more sections early – 12 food safety, veterinarian and phytosanitary policies and 13 fishing and aquaculture.
Closter 5 is the final of six clusters in the framework of bilateral meetings in the screening process. According to its results, a plan will develop for further implementation of EU regulations in Ukrainian law. Screening is the beginning of Ukraine entry negotiations into the EU.
Earlier it was reported that Ukraine was ready to open all clusters of negotiations from the EU to the end of the year. But the final solution depends on the vote of 27 states of the block member.
As you know, Hungary in every possible way interferes with Ukraine in its way to the European Union. At the same time, Budapest has made a review of their position if the Ukrainian side is going to “real steps”.
