The airspace over Poland began to patrol German aviation around the clock. Currently, there are two regular changes in the region, which perform 24/7 mission. These pilots have all the necessary qualifications for patrolling and reaction to potential threats. This was indicated in the German Ministry of Defense, reports The Guardian.
Meanwhile, the Polish Ministry of Defense said that Kyiv and Warsaw are discussing the deepening of cooperation in the fight against drones. Polish territory plans to train using drones and cooperation between experts from both countries.
And the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky said that the day before the Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk agreed to send the military to Ukraine, which would take part in a decrease.
Recall that on the night of September 10, Russian drones invaded the airspace of Poland and flew hundreds of kilometers deep. The Poles and their NATO allies raised combat aircraft in the air, and hostile drones were carried out by combat work. A fragment of one rocket and 17 drones were found on the territory of the Polish. In total, 21 enemy drones flew to Poland.
After the night invasion, the North Atlantic Alliance activated Article 4 of the NATO agreement, which provides for consultations with the allies. And Warsaw invited additional air defense systems and a “wall of drones”.
