The American leader announced sanctions against Russian banks and the oil industry, as well as increased tariffs.
US president Donald Trump said his patience in relation to Russian leader Vladimir Putin “is fast ending.” He said this in an interview with Fox News on Friday, September 12.
“This (patience) seems to end and ends quickly,” said the American leader.
Trump said he did not know if Russia was ready to end the war in Ukraine, which lasts fourth year, because Putin is not trying to meet President Vladimir Zelensky.
“It takes two for tango. It’s weird when Putin wants to do it, Zelensky doesn’t want to. When Zelensky wants to, Putin doesn’t want to. Now Zelensky wants to, Putin talks,” he said.
Trump has confirmed that the United States will go to “introduce strict sanctions aimed at banks, as well as oil strikes and introduce tariffs” against Russia.
He recalled that he had previously introduced the increase in trade roles against India, which became Russia’s largest oil consumer.
“It’s not easy, it urged a conflict with India,” the US president said.
Remember that on September 3, Trump announced another conversation to Putin, but he still had not. At the same time, the US president said he had no messages to Putin.
She would, but no: why is Putin not in a hurry to end a peace agreement
