Closed consultations with partners are ongoing. Thus, Warsaw wants to strengthen the protection of his own territory from new threats by the Russian country of aggressor. According to the head of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Radoslav Sikorsky, they need patriotic complexes, because Russia can threaten not only drones. In addition, as the minister emphasized, Poland needs a “wall against drones.”
The head of the Polish government, Donald Tusk, said that in conversations with the leaders of France, Great Britain, Ukraine, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands, he received not only statements in solidarity, but also specific proposals to strengthen the Polish anti -air defense.
We will recall that on the night of September 10, Russian drones flew deep into the territory of Poland up to 300 km. The Poles and their NATO allies raised combat aircraft in the air, the combat work was carried out on the drone. Subsequently, a fragment of one rocket and 15 drones was discovered on the territory of Poland.
After the night invasion, the North Atlantic Alliance activated Article 4 of the NATO agreement, which provides for consultations with the allies.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation said that they “do not plan to“ attack objects in Polish territory.
