According to him, when leaving the city, a communal business’s car service ran into an explosive item. As a result of the explosion, a police officer, two others of his colleagues and two employees of the Communal Community Community of Berislavsky were killed.
“The necessary medical care is provided to all victims,” Litvinov said.
