The judge took his relatives from the TCC area without a decision on his mobilization and he was personally delivered to Lviv.
Law enforcement officials exposed the judge of one of the LVIV regional district courts and informed him of the suspicion of receiving a bribe and entering the wrong data into the declaration. This is known by GBR on Friday, September 5.
According to the investigation, the judge took 8 thousand dollars from his nephew. For this money, he promised to “go” to TCC officials so that his cousin would not move in the army.
Using his relationships, the judge took his relatives from the TCC and SP area without a decision about his mobilization of the rank of armed forces and personally delivered his brother to Lviv, the report said.
In addition, the audit shows that the declaration for 2024 has kept part of his family’s ownership. The amount of differences -with real data exceeds 7.5 million hryvnias.
Searches and other investigation actions are ongoing. The judge was charged with receiving a bribe for the influence on officials and entering the wrong data into the declaration (part 2 of Article 369-2, part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
If his guilt was proven, he faced up to 5 years in prison.
Earlier in the bribe, they caught a judge in the Dnipropetrovsk region. He promised to announce a displacement on the face, whose case was considered.
