Russia’s propaganda is trying to spread the fakes “the men now fall to the border.”
State border service employees did not register increased passenger traffic on border after permission to travel to men aged 18-22 years. This was said by GPSU Andrei Demchenko representative in the air of telemarathon on Friday, September 5.
“Such a rule was valid on the morning of August 28, when changes in the rules for crossing the border were entered into force and, in fact, our divisions began to apply by drawing citizens to cross the state border. But there was no significant increase in the increase in passenger traffic in this category of citizens – aged 18 to 22 years old,” said.
Demchenko noted that recently, Russia’s propaganda is trying to spread the fakes that “men are now falling to the border, coming out huge, forming queues.”
The GPSU representative recalled that on the sun the passenger’s flow was high, but from September 1 it was traditionally reduced.
“Speaking from September 1, the passenger’s flow has reduced the other way around. On August Sundays, for example, about 125-135 thousand citizens crossed the border, today in the end days-in nearly 105-107 thousand border crossing in both directions. But again, even in August, the advantage was to enter Ukraine than to leave,” Dechenko said.
Remember, on August 26th, the cabinet updated the procedure for crossing the state border. Men 18 to 22 years old can now leave Ukraine freely during Martial Law. Related changes began to work on August 28th.
To cross the border to travel from Ukraine, young men must have the same passport that gives the right to cross the border and a military accounting document (military accounting document in electronic form), which is presented at the request of a GPSU representative on check across the state border.
