Verkhovna Rada on September 4 did not vote for Bill No. 13150 in creating a system of legality administration of bodies and local officials. This was announced by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak on Thursday.
The document was supported by 206 Parliamentarians against the required minimum of 226 votes.
“Glads have failed another bill with the Ukraine facility. For what you understand, the deadline 31.03.25 has been passed,” Zheleznyak said.
The bill determines the bodies responsible for the administrative administrative: the cabinet of ministers or the central body it authorizes – for the works of regional councils, as well as regional administrations for the works of local councils and their executive bodies.
These bodies have the right to request the removal of violations, while in the case of rejection – apply to the court.
The document also provides for the creation of a united state register of local work -Government works, detailed the powers of local state administrations in the field of coordination and control over the legality of territorial executive bodies.
Ukrain’s facility is a special European Union tool, which provides Ukraine financial support up to 50 billion euros from 2024 to 2027.
