Police found that the video was shot on August 25 in Kostopol. The video also shows that at least seven teenagers have watched this beating.
It is noted that the child has not been applied for medical help.
Information about beating is entered into a single pre -trial investigation register. The actions of the minor qualified as hooliganism. The crime provides for a penalty (from 17 to 34 thousand hryvnias) or independence restrictions for up to five years (in fact or condition).
