Poland “requires justice, fact and clear relationship with Germany,” the Poland leader assured.
President of Poland Karol Navrotsky on a speech on the occasion of commemorations at the events of the 86th anniversary of the beginning of World War II reiterated demand for reparations from Germany. This is stated in a statement by the President of Poland, RMF 24 reports.
According to him, for a good house -related relationship between Poland and Germany, it is necessary to resolve the issue of reparations.
“In order to come up with a collaboration based on the foundation of truth and good relationships, we must solve the issue of reparations from Germany, that I, as President of Poland, are certainly asking for a common good,” Navrotsky said.
Poland “as the most important state of the NATO Eastern flank requires justice, fact and clear relations with Germany,” the Poland leader said and added that the country “also requires reparations from the German state.”
“I believe that the Prime Minister and Polish government will support the President’s voice at the International Arena, and with our neighbors in the West we will build our truly safe future,” Poland president submitted his statement.
As you know, in 2022, Poland’s diet approved a resolution to German military reparations for injury during World War II, mentioned that he had planned a similar step against Russia as an alternative to the USSR.
Remember that Poland of the same year estimated the size of the reparations he was looking for from Germany for the damage caused by World War II for 6.2 trillion Zlotys (about 1.3 trillion euros)
