Von Der Layen emphasized that “Putin has not changed and will not change” him can only be influenced by steps aimed at softening the military potential of the Russian Federation. He added that “we should also take great responsibility for our own defense” and remember that labor capacity in Bulgaria should grow up to 2 million shells by the end of the year.

“You plan to expand the manufacture of ammunition that meets NATO’s standards. This new production will create more than 1000 jobs here in the region, which means sustainable development,” Von der der Der Layen declared.
