In Ukraine, more than 15,000 civilians were killed during a complete Russian invasion, and more than 34,000 were injured.
About 237,000 civil infrastructure institutions were also destroyed and damaged. Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko said this during a meeting with the heads of law enforcement agencies, the press service of the Prosecutor General reports.
Kravchenko emphasized the importance of the proper fixation of Russian war crimes for the further persecution of war criminals.
He also emphasized the need to strengthen the work on the disclosure and investigation of the murders of Ukrainian prisoners of war, the facts of their abuse and violations of their right to a fair court.
