The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine published a resolution on going abroad for Ukrainian men.
Updated rules allow citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 22 years, including crossing the state border during martial law. On August 27, the state portal announced this.
In the case of martial law in Ukraine, restrictions on the intersection of the state border do not apply to citizens of Ukraine men aged 18 to 22 years (inclusive), with the exception of cases specified in paragraph 2 of these rules, the text reads.
It is indicated that the new rules are also applied to men who were abroad for various reasons. The changes will be made tomorrow on Thursday, August 28.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of the Interior explained that it is necessary to have a foreign passport, as well as a document of military accounting (including electronic form) for crossing the border. These documents should be submitted to the border guard, if it requires it.
The Ministry of the Interior emphasized that this rule does not apply to citizens who occupy certain positions in state bodies, state bodies and local self -government bodies. Such officials will be issued from Ukraine only on a business trip.
We will recall that on August 26, the Cabinet of Ministers updated the order to cross the state border and allowed men aged 18 to 22 years to cross the border during martial law.
