The government has canceled the ban on travel abroad during martial law for women’s representatives of local councils. However, this only applies to those who work on a voluntary basis. Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko said this.
“In the past, they also couldn’t go on a legal vacation – to see their relatives or bring help for our military. These limited voluntary activities and forced some to take a mandate,” he said.
Sviridenko added that changes to representatives of all levels of tips, except for those who receive salaries for their work with local governments.
The People’s Deputy Alexei Goncharenko has published a draft adopted resolution, according to which permission does not apply to simultaneous local officials of government -government (council secretary, starost, etc.).
According to him, the procedure is as follows: local governments are obliged to submit lists of female deputy in administration of state border service within three days. These lists indicate surname, name and patronymic, date of birth, held position. If the personnel changes occur, the council should immediately update the information and send new data. Border guards will work on these official lists.
Remember, the Ministers cabinet on August 26 was updating the procedure for crossing the state border. Men aged 18 to 22 years were free to cross the border during martial law. We talk about all citizens of the corresponding age.
It is also reported that the Ministers’ cabinet has registered a bill in Verkhovna Rada, which significantly strengthens the responsibility for illegal crossing the state border with martial law.
