A person aged 18 to 22 years, including for traveling abroad, it will be necessary to have a military accounting document in paper or electronic form.
This was reported by the publication “Ukrainian Pravda” with reference to the representative of the state border service of Colonel Andriy Demchenko.
Yesterday, August 27, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the amendments to the rules for crossing the state border by citizens of Ukraine. Demchenko emphasized that at the moment the document was not published, finally it would be possible to act after the resolution on the “state portal”.
According to widespread information about officials, from the moment of the entry into force of the accepted changes, the right to cross the state border of Ukraine during martial law will have Ukrainian men aged 18 to 22 years.
According to Demchenko, it should be noted separately that the relevant norm will not apply to the persons specified in paragraph 2-14 of these Rules, that is, persons who hold identified positions of state bodies, state bodies and local self-confident bodies.
Traveling abroad of this category of people can still be carried out only on a business trip.
As for the possibility of crossing borders aged 18 to 22 years, we also emphasize that to cross the border, it is necessary to have a passport document that gives the right to cross the border and a document of military accounting (or a document of military accounting in electronic form), which to submit the border of the state border service.
The passage of this category of citizens whose changes were adopted will begin to provide border guard after the publication of these changes and their intuition, ”he added.
