According to Fedorov, an action will appear in the near future “:
- Assistant AI on the portal of actions that will provide public services. The first service is a certificate of income. Subsequently, it will also be possible to receive consultations and public services by simply writing your request in the chat “Human language”;
- “Electronic Natural” -kresses will be able to receive notarial services on the Internet;
- “Eaccise” – paper excise duty will be replaced by electronic. Ukrainians will be able to check the legality of the products in “action”, simply scanning the electronic brand. Fedorov noted that Ukraine loses about 30 billion UAMI in a year from a lack of taxes for alcohol and tobacco;
- The “wounded” path is a comprehensive service for the military and their families. The whole process will be on the Internet, and interaction with state institutions is automatic. Without queues, the assembly of documents and campaigns for different institutions;
- The main social assistance is a comprehensive service that combines all social payments into one. Use through the “action” without paper bureaucracy;
- Exposure with a criminal record with an apostille – work is performed along with the Ministry of the Interior so that the “action” can order a document with delivery. Now it can be obtained only at one address in Kyiv.
