“This decision also applies to citizens who, for a variety of reasons, are abroad. We want the Ukrainians to maintain the relationship with Ukraine as much as possible,” he said.
The changes will enter the day after the official decision publication.
Keep in mind that this year in February the government changed the rules for crossing the border for men, according to which the passing of the Ukrainian men aged 18 to 60, carrying medical freight, auxiliary, will be held on a common basis.
