By the end of this year, 16 countries participating in the initiative transfer 1.8 million shells to the armed forces. Of these, a million has been sent.

He noted that in 2025, 16 countries participated in the initiative plan to move 1.8 million artillery shells to Ukraine. More than one million of them were delivered.

“Thanks to our initiative to provide ammunition, it is possible five times to reduce the advantage of Russia’s artillery on the battlefield and help maintain the front lines of Ukrainian,” the minister said.

Lipavsky added that stopping this initiative would be a “gift for Putin.”

The head of Czech’s diplomacy also called Russia the largest and most direct threat.

He recalled that Ukraine in March was in agreement with an unconditional cease, but Russia continued to attack Ukrainian civil and military infrastructure.

According to the foreign minister, the efforts of President US Donald Trump give a certain hope for the end of the war.

At the same time, Lipavsky emphasized that territorial issues should be resolved exclusively between Ukraine and Russia.

As you know, in 2024, the Czech Republic, with the support of allies, launched an initiative to obtain ammunition for armed forces in third countries. Thanks to this Ukraine, approximately 1.5 million shells of different calibers were moved last year.

Remember that the head of European Union diplopters Kai Callas said the EU fulfilled 80% of his promise to put the armed forces of the armed forces of the armed forces in 2025.

Earlier it was reported that Czech Public Initiative Dárek Pro Putina (a gift for Putin) collected 60 million Czech crowns (approximately 2.4 million euros) for the purchase of six new howitzers for Ukraine’s armed forces.
