In Ukraine, the lack of funding of drones is $ 6 billion. Vladimir Zelensky said during a meeting with Nato Mark Rutte secretary, report Ukrinform.
“In the near future, we have to close the deficiency (financing drones – ed.). We’ve talked about it. It’s no secret, it’s over 6 billion, we count this support from the partners,” Zelensky explained.
The head of the state noted that Ukraine has everything necessary to prevent the strengthening of Russia’s flow, but is added that financing is required.
Separately, the President now noted that the drones were the number one weapon, which prevented the enemy, holding the front and reducing the number of Ukrainian losses.
Remember that Ukraine needs to find $ 65 billion to close a year’s deficiency.
Earlier, Zelensky estimated the potential of the Ukraine defense industry of over $ 35 billion. It produces about 1000 types of products, but 40% has no proper financing.
