“Without respect for Russia’s security interests, without respect to the rights of Russian and Russian people -speaking living in Ukraine, there is no talk about any long -term agreements, as these factors should be forced to be removed in the context of the regulation,” he said.
According to Lavrov, “still in the Constitution of Ukrainians, despite adopted laws that prohibit the Russian language in all areas of human life and activity, the state’s obligation to fully ensure Russian rights – it is allocated separately and other national minorities.”
The Russian minister advised the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky “to begin with him (Constitution – Ed.) The first articles in which this obligation was formed.”
Lavrov also has cynically said that Crimea, Donbass and other Sovereign territories of Ukraine have never been the purpose of Russia.
“Our goal is to protect the people, the Russian people who have lived in these lands for centuries, who have opened these lands, shed blood for the two of them on Crimea and Donbass, created cities – Odessa, Nikolaev, many other ports, factories, factories,” said, but at the same time not explaining how massacre and destruction of the whole cities and repair. In this regard, German Chancellor Friedrich Mertz said Zelensky and Putin will meet in the next two weeks.
