According to him, humanitarian aid is being delivered to the region.
“The enemy, unfortunately, sees it and understands where it is,” said the UVA leader, who recalled that in Vugledar the occupiers fired mortars at a distribution area for humanitarian aid.
“They ride everything: all civilian infrastructure, critical infrastructure, critical medical infrastructure … No matter how much they see my calls to leave, the enemy will stop at nothing … They move in ways like of winged missiles, aviation – used exclusively against the local civilian population, “Kirilenko said.
