The Hungarians have been told for many years that Moscow is an unreliable partner, however, despite this, Budapest has put on “all efforts to maintain hope in Russia,” recalled the Ukrainian minister.
Foreign minister Andrei Sybiga commented on the statement of Hungarian minister Peter Siyarteto, who accused Ukraine of “attack” for the oil pipeline. Sybiga published his statement on X on Monday, August 18.
Siyarteo recently complained that “Ukraine again invaded the oil pipeline leading to Hungary, which led to the cessation of oil supplies in the country.” “He remembers” that “electricity from Hungary plays a major role in the Ukraine energy supply.”
For his part, the Ukraine minister mentioned that it was Russia, and not Ukraine, who began this war and refused to end it.
Sybiga also added that Hungary has been said for many years that Moscow is an unreliable partner, however, Budapest has placed “all efforts to maintain hope in Russia,” even after the start of an entire war.
“Now you can send complaints and threats to your friends in Moscow,” the diplomat completed.
Earlier, Peter Siyari said that Hungary was considered to be attacking Ukraine in Russia as a “attack on sovereignty”, because, allegedly, the country stopped receiving oil supplies.
Earlier, Siyarteo accused the Ukraine of putting the European Union into a difficult economic situation by stopping Russia’s gas gas.
