Moscow, in turn, insisted to reduce the number of Ukraine’s armed forces, significant restrictions on Western military assistance and the exclusion of Ukraine’s entry into NATO.
“Ukraine should have a reliable security guarantee to ensure the sovereignty and integrity of the territory, and coalition members are willing to play an active role, including the implementation of the ready -to -deploy support of support forces after the end of the adventures,” the document said. “Russia cannot impose a veto to enter Ukraine in the EU and NATO,” they added in a statement.
