More than 800 MSEC decisions have already been canceled in the appointment of disability to law enforcement officials and employees of state institutions.
This was reported in the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation.
It was noted that the inspections are carried out as part of a criminal proceedings and in accordance with the decision of the NSDC of October 22, 2024, introduced by virtue of the Presidential Decree No. 732/2024.
For this purpose, an interdepartmental working group was created among DBR employees, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and other law enforcement agencies, which in November approved the action plan in November, in Debr.
Currently, more than 70 state authorities and 2 thousand 630 medical and expert affairs are checked. Almost 2000 cases have already been considered:
- Of these, more than 800 decisions were canceled as unjustified;
- In more than 400 cases, the group or period of disability was changed;
- Almost 100 officials are called up for the investigation.
According to the director of DBR Alexei Sukhachev, usually there was a registration of fictitious disability to register an appropriate pension, as well as to avoid a possible call for military service.
The largest number of cases against officials who were canceled with disabilities:
- The State Customs Service of Ukraine – 244 Decisions of 587 were considered canceled;
- The State Tax Service of Ukraine – 161 The decision of 423 was considered canceled;
- Prosecutors – 162 decisions 336 were considered canceled;
- State Migration Service – 28 decisions out of 70 considered were canceled;
- The National Police of Ukraine – 16 out of 78 decisions were canceled.
