Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin offered to the United States about a “convenient way out of the situation,” which foreign policy advisor told Dmitry Suslov. As an official note, the Russian president expects two possible situations for developing events that will be discussed at the upcoming Summit in Alaska. According to the publication, the first option provides for the adoption of a bilateral plan about a truce between Russia and the USA. According to the origin, it is important for the Kremlin that the agreement has reached exclusively between Moscow and Washington, without the participation of Kyiv or European allies.

It is assumed that the plan may include the removal of Ukrainian troops from the Donbass units they still control, as well as the removal of the Russian military from the sumy territories, DNIPROPETROVSK and Kharkov regions. At the same time, the front line in other conflict zones is suggested to be left without change.

It was noted that the previous Moscow was asserted to the complete removal of Ukrainian troops from all four occupied regions. However, now the requirements are narrowed to Donbass. Another major condition of the agreement should be a guarantee that Ukraine will not join NATO.

Suslov emphasized that Kyiv’s refusal from NATO is a “prerequisite and irreversible condition.” According to him, the final agreement shall provide for the demilitarization of Ukraine and the conduct of the Constitutional reform aimed at the country’s federalization.

The second scenario of events provides for the denial of Ukraine and European partners from such agreements. In response, Donald Trump will prevent all military assistance with Kyiv and even stop selling weapons in European countries to hinder its further transition to Ukraine.

“It will speed up the defeat of Ukraine and its complete collapse,” Suslov said.

The Kremlin counselor also expressed the opinion that Trump could take such a step because of the “complex situation” in which he drove himself away. In particular, the United States has given pressure to Brazil, India and China demanding to stop importing Russia’s oil, which threatens the second penalty. According to Suslov, concessions from Trump in this regard would be a manifestation of weakness or leading to a serious economic and political confrontation in China and other BRICS states.

“If the Summit in Alaska ends with success and the parties approve a joint a truce in Ukraine, then a potential conflict with China, India and Brazil is neutralized. In addition, Trump can relate it to himself as an achieved history,” sumlov.

Remember that US president Donald Trump said his meeting with Russian Federation leader Vladimir Putin was held on August 15 in Alaska. According to him, the possibility of exchange of territories is considered and the details of the agreement will be discussed in the coming days.
