He said Washington would do “safer and more beautiful than before.”
“The homeless should leave immediately (from Washington – Ed.). We will give you a place for living, but away from capital. Criminals will not leave – we will put you in prison, where you are a place,” Trump wrote.
According to Reuters, the White House refused to explain to journalists how legal Trump would divert people from Washington.
On Monday, the US president plans to hold a press conference in the fight against the crime in Washington. However, it is unclear if he will announce more details about his eviction plan.
In the past, Trump announced plans to conduct a new population census, excluding illegal immigrants.
