The US Ambassador expects NATO that visiting Trump’s special beam to Putin will bring “some results”.
The special envoy of US president Steve Vitkoff on Sunday, August 3, will arrive in Moscow. The US ambassador told Nato Matthew Viater in an interview with WHO13.
The diplomat noted that Ukraine and Russia should agree with a peace agreement and “just stop the killings.”
“Visit Vitcoff Ambassador to Moscow this weekend will probably give some results,” Viater said.
He noted that thousands of soldiers were killed weekly in the battlefield, and a hundred people -ordinary people in Ukraine -killed or received injuries at night.
Remember that recently, during the conversation with journalists, Trump cited the possible introduction of US sanctions against Russia, although he expressed doubt about their influence on Russian leader Vladimir Putin. He later announced a visit to Witcoff in Russia.
