The meeting was attended by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny, Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov, Acting Chairman of the Security Service Vasily Malyuk and Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Rights Human Dmitry Lubinets. “We discussed in detail the terrorist attack carried out by Russian monsters in Yelenovka, as a result of which more than 50 captured defenders of Ukraine were brutally killed. There is enough evidence that this is a planned crime. And this is another confirmation that Russia is a terrorist state.
