The President of Ukraine held a meeting following a meeting with the Ukrainians released from Russian captivity.
Ukrainians released from Russian captivity will receive protection and proper recovery. Currently, the appropriate bill has been prepared. This is stated on the appeal on the evening of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
According to him, he held a meeting based on the results of a meeting with the Ukrainians released from Russian captivity.
“On Monday there was a meeting, very, huge, and many questions: rehabilitation after captivity, guaranteed all rights, restoring documents, social adaptation. A very sensitive question was the return of civilians from captivity,” he said.
The presidential office leader Andrei Ermak has reported the decisions that have been built by the headquarters, and which has been implemented.
“The bill is also prepared to provide protection, proper recovery after captivity, about diseases obtained in captivity. This means that it is true that the help is the same as the diseases obtained during service to the defense forces,” Zelensky said.
Interior Minister Igor Klimnko reported the rehabilitation of the prisoners.
“The leader of Gur Kirill Budanov has reportedly prepared the new exchanges – I hope all of this will succeed, we will know all of this. Thanks to all who care about Ukraine, everyone who works, fighting for the sake of our state,” the state leader added.
As you know, on July 23, Ukraine and Russia held the sixth exchange of prisoners as part of Istanbul agreements. The parties also conducted six stages of returning the bodies of the dead.
