The enemy has no chance to succeed in Vovchansk itself, so he tries to attack from the flanks.
Russian conquerors continue to attack the Vovchansk region in the Kharkov region. The enemy tries to go around the city from the west and eastern flanks. This was said by the Operational-Tactical Group (OTG) representative Kharkov Pavel Shamsin in the air of Tebemarathon on Tuesday, July 29.
According to him, the enemy had no chance to succeed in Vovchansk himself, so he was trying to attack the flanks.
“If we were talking about West from Vovchansk, they were trying to attack through the Gatisch. If we were talking east from Vovchansk, they would try to go through the quiet, vovchan farmers and thus move around the city from the flanks,” Shamshin said.
According to his estimates, for more than a year of heavy battles, Vovchansk remains an important but non -strategic purpose for the Russians.
“Our divisions are located on the northern bank of the Vovcha River, closer to the border with the Russian Federation, and holding a specific plot to the territory of the combined factory. The enemy is trying to attack the day and night. They make every effort to break our units beyond the natural border of the Vovcha river,” the OTG Kharkov representatives teased.
Remember that last week the situation around Kupyansk was significantly deteriorating – the Russian army was trying to surround this city in the Kharkov region and it approached nearly.
