Although the case remembers the events of 2022, the Anti -Corruption Court is now considered the NABU’s petition for the extent of suppression. However, the suspect is already abroad.
The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (VAK) in Abtentia arrested the owner of two suppliers of products for the armed forces of Ukraine, which appears in a case of corruption in the purchase of eggs of 17 hryvnias each. On Monday, July 28, the Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) reported.
It is noted that the measure of restraint in the form of restraint was selected at the request of the detectives of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau (NABU), agreed with SAP prosecutors.
After the suspect and his delivery to the pre -trial investigation authority, the investigative judge will decide whether to apply the selected measure of his restraint.
“The criminal procedure consists of determining the overwhelming price for the most popular products and less demanding less demanded. Its implementation led to the fact that from August to December 2022, two supplier companies received more than 733 million UAHs from the budget,” Vaks said in a statement.
The suspect’s name in SAP was not called, but in the midst of corruption fight (CPC) they indicated that we were talking about Tatyana Clay.
In April, Nabu and SAP reported the suspicions of the clay and other defendants in this transaction, as a result of which more than 733 million hryvnias were stolen from the purchase of the Ministry of Defense for the army. The anti -corruption organs then place the clay on the desired list.
The CPC added that the request for the election of a prevailing proposal, which should be considered for 72 hours, is considered by the Vax’s Investigative Judge for more than three months.
It is noted that the arrest of the suspect’s absentee will allow NABU’s detectives to begin the process of obtaining the clay.
Remember that in January 2023, ZN.UA published the material that the Ministry of Defense is said to have purchased products twice as long as they were in KYIV stores. Thereafter, the Ministry of Defense filed a lawsuit against the media.
