The President has appointed the ambassador to Sweden

The new significant Svetlana Zalishchuk recently worked as a freelance adviser at the European Deputy Prime Minister’s office in European and Euro-Atlantic Integration.

President Vladimir Zelensky on July 28 appointed a former human representative, public figure Svetlana Zalalshchuk to the Ukraine ambassador in Sweden. The corresponding Decree No. 556/2025 has been published on the State head website.

“To appoint zalalshchuk Svetlana Petrovna extraordinary and plenottentiary of Ukraine in the kingdom of Sweden,” the command said.

In the past, Zalalshchuk worked as a journalist, then he was elected representative of a person as part of the BPP. He is also a freelance counselor at the Deputy Prime Minister’s office in integration with Europe and Euro-Atlantic.

It should be noted that Andrei Plakhotnyuk is in Sweden as an ambassador in Sweden. However, in July, the head of the state appointed him an ambassador to Canada.
