The pensioner also sought a sin, but denied the transfer of funds to a person from the unit’s leadership. According to him, he only asked individual military personnel, which refers to long -standing acquaintances.
Bureau employees conducted searches in the military unit, took the official documentation, and the review of the materials continued.
The woman is accused of passing a proposal to influence the officer’s decision for providing unlawful benefits under part 2 of art. 28, Part 2 of Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The penalty of the article provides up to five years in prison.
