Ukraine and Russia have reached a “fundamental agreement” at a meeting of President Vladimir Zelensky with dictator Vladimir Putin.
The last meeting of Ukrainian and Russian delegations in Istanbul, which took place this week, was discussing the conditions under which the meeting of Zelensky with Putin could meet. The Turkish side is already working on the creation of a “relevant situation”. This was declared by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Hakan Fidan, NTV reports.
In principle, an agreement was reached on holding the top of leaders in Turkey. Here is a great job in the delegations of negotiations, ”he said.
According to the diplomat, as negotiations progress, he watches the manifestation of will to find a compromise. And if the process continues in the same spirit, “you can find an intermediate solution.” Fidan emphasized that “everyone has a Trump card that they do not disclose.”
