“The fourth tranche is the largest in terms of funds and the number of required reforms. In the case of implementation of all indicators and subject to the implementation of 16 reforms, Ukraine will receive 4.5 billion euros,” he said.
According to him, Ukraine submitted a request for a slight payment of this tranche on June 6, 2025.
“At its request, Ukraine announced the implementation of 13 of the 16 required reforms, while the implementation of the other three is currently continuing,” the official explained.
Guillaume Mercier added that the Commission estimated 13 reforms as the EU Council’s Council offered to pay Ukraine for 3.05 billion euros as a fourth tranche as part of the Ukraine facility for Ukraine.
According to the EC representative, in the three non -reforms, “one applies to decentralization, the other is the law of the army to the arma reform, and the third -the choice of judges in the high anti -corruption court.”
Earlier it was reported that in 2025 the Ukraine payment from the EU under the Ukraine facility program reached 12.5 billion euros.
